Bradley Wilton-Hardman
Product Designer
Hello! My name is Brad, and I’m a Product Designer based in Seattle. I love being outdoors spending time with my dog.
Over the past 9 years I’ve worked with teams across healthcare, FinTech, property management and recruitment sectors to deliver responsive web, mobile app and hardware experiences. I enjoy focusing on design processes, shipping meaningful work, and making people’s lives better along the way.
I’m currently open to new roles, so why not read more about me and if you think we’d be a match, get in touch!
Stepstone
2023 - 2024
Stepstone is a double-sided marketplace for matching job seekers with the right companies. I focused on leading ambiguous discovery projects rooted in generative and evaluative research across markets, to extend our existing consumer facing experiences. I also built out a series of design playbooks enabling other teams to work through defining business and user problems using data.
I worked with a team to deliver an AI powered interview coach improving a candidates chance of success at an interview.
Kry/Livi
2021 - 2023
Kry is a digital-first healthcare provider enabling better patient care. I was responsible for creating services, launching products and implementing new ways of working with a focus on new consumer growth initiatives across B2C and B2B2C projects.
We built a 0 to 1 B2B2C platform providing doctors surgeries with an accessible website, connecting 4.3M patients with their local doctor.
I also worked with a team to build and launch a mobile app Online Therapy service across multiple markets, with a patient rating of 4.7/5.
StuRents
2018 - 2021
StuRents is a B2B2C platform enabling property managers to streamline their internal processes, in turn providing a better rental experience for tenants. I joined the company as the first design hire after the founding team and touched many parts of the service in the three years that followed, changing the way we thought about design.
An unexpected change in payment provider saw me lead a team to implement the ability to make payments via Open Banking, reducing operating costs by 122%.
